We offer Empowerment Coaching, Reiki, and Shamanic services. All offerings are intended to guide personal development and wellness but are not substitutes for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.

 

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when booking sessions.

• Attend scheduled appointments on time or notify us in advance for rescheduling (see cancellation policy).

• Engage in the services willingly and understand the nature of the practices provided.

• Users acknowledge that personal development requires effort, consistency, and an open mind. They commit to actively engaging in sessions and completing any agreed-upon follow-up tasks or exercises.

• Users must respect the confidentiality of any shared group coaching or workshop environments and agree not to disclose others' personal information outside of the session.

• Users are responsible for disclosing any physical, mental, or emotional conditions that may impact their participation. Coaching, Reiki, yoga, and other wellness services are not substitutes for medical treatment, and users agree to seek professional advice when necessary.

• For virtual coaching sessions, users must ensure they have reliable internet access, a functioning device, and necessary software for online sessions. They are also responsible for ensuring a private and distraction-free environment for sessions.

• Users agree to communicate respectfully with Metamorphosis and staff. Harassment, abusive language, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of services without refund.

• Users agree not to copy, distribute, or use any materials provided during coaching sessions (e.g., worksheets, guides, recordings) for personal or commercial gain without written permission from Metamorphosis.

• Users must confirm they are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian to engage in services.

 

Payment & Refunds

• Payments are due at the time of the service unless otherwise agreed.

• Refunds will be processed per our refund policy.

• Failure to pay on time may result in suspension of services until the payment is resolved.

• Payment plans may be available for certain services or packages. Users must adhere to the agreed-upon schedule. Missed payments may result in the suspension or cancellation of the remaining sessions.

• Discounts and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be disclosed at the time of booking.

• Prices for services are subject to change. However, clients who have already booked or purchased a package will not be affected by price changes for the duration of their package.

 

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

• Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be responsible for paying the full amount of the service booked.

Disclaimer of Results

• We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes or results from any service provided. Your progress depends on your commitment, efforts, and engagement with the process.

 

Confidentiality

• We take privacy very seriously at Metamorphosis. Any information shared during sessions will remain confidential unless required by law to disclose. See our Privacy Policy for more details.

Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, graphics, and logos, is the property of Metamorphosis and may not be reproduced without written consent.

 

Liability Limitations

• We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our website or services.

• Metamorphosis takes measures to protect user data but is not liable for any unauthorized access, data breaches, or loss of information resulting from circumstances beyond its control.

• Users acknowledge that they are responsible for their own decisions, actions, and the consequences thereof. Metamorphosis is not liable for any decisions made by the user during or after receiving services.

• Users agree to indemnify and hold Metamorphosis harmless against any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from the use of our services or violation of the Terms & Conditions.

• Metamorphosis reserves the right to modify or discontinue its services, packages, or programs at any time without notice. Users will be refunded for any prepaid, unused services.

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Effective Date."
